Step 2. Write Your Ad

Writing your ad is easy. Simply start by making a list of all of the positive features of your home. Think of the things that initally attracted you to the home when you purchased it. Once you have your list together combine it into easy to read sentences without abbreviating too much. Remember to limit your ad to the number of words allowed in the package you selected in step 1. Step 3. Take Photos

Take photos of the property - both interior and exterior. Photos should be taken horizotally NOT vertically. When taking exterior photos, try to avoid sunny days. The sun can cause glare and shadows which can negatively affect the appearance of your home. Some of the best photos we recieve are taken on overcast or cloudy days. All photos should be in .jpg format with a minimum resolution of 640x480. You can upload the photos, email them, or bring them into our office. If you are using a digital camera, you can bring it in and we can take them off the camera for you (call in advance for appointment). If you are using a film camera, your film developer should be able to put the photos on a CD for you. For an additional fee, we can send a photographer to take photos for you. Step 4. Submit it to us

You can submit your ad to us in several ways.

  1. In Person - This is the preferred method. Our experienced staff can assist you in preparing an effective marketing strategy to sell your home - including photo selection, the composition of your ad description and selecting the optimal ad package for your situation. Our office is located at 1859 Western Avenue, in Guilderland.
  2. Via Phone & Email - If you can't make it into our office you can call us at 518-452-6330 and we'll walk you through the various options and take your information via phone, fax and email.
  3. Via Our Online Form - If you've already been in contact with us or are sure of the services you need you can use our convenient on-line form to submit your ad info and photos.
