REFUND POLICY
1. All sales are final. There are no refunds on the advertisement, or portion thereof, once I have paid For Sale By Owner regardless of when I sell my home or cancel the ad. All ads run for the specified time OR until the property is sold, listed or taken off market - whichever occurs first. No substitution of properties allowed.

2. The publisher reserves the right to limit, edit or refuse any ad.

3. If any error in or omission of an advertisement occurs due to the fault or neglect of the publisher, the publisher shall make corrected insertion of the advertisement in the next publication. If the mistake is deemed, at the sole discretion of the publisher, to be a critical error (ie. incorrect phone#, price, location or photo) the advertisement will be extended for 1 issue to compensate for the error. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THIS CONTRACT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION, TERMINATION OR REFUND BECAUSE OF ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS.

4. Part of the marketing package you purchased may include advertising on websites not owned by our company. For Sale By Owner will not be responsible, or issue any refunds, if we are unable to post or update your property information or photo(s) on these sites. Furthermore, we will not be held responsible for any outages or downtime on these sites.
