We were the first real estate show on Time Warner's TWTV and back then (1998) the answer was no! The simple reason is that there was no content. But we stuck with it seeing the potential for great exposure for our home-sellers. Boy has that paid off! You see, the real estate companies didn't like that For Sale By Owner was able to offer their customers something that they couldn't so they quickly started advertising their properties in the "Real Estate Showcase" on TWTV. In very little time TWTV became "content-rich" and was a great place to find a home with full color photos and brief descriptions.

How many times have you heard the saying in real estate it's location, location, location? Well the same holds true in cable TV. One of the best features of TWTV is it's fantastic channel positioning. Being on Channel 7 they enjoy the benefit of being between Channel 6 (the CBS affiliate) and Channel 8 (the Fox affiliate). Think about how you watch TV. You start at the bottom of the lineup and work your way up the dial. It's called "channel surfing"...and we all do it. So you're on Channel 6 and you hit the channel up button on your remote. You see a house listing and you stop to check it out. Next thing you know you've been on the channel for 15 minutes. So many would-be buyers have "stumbled" upon the home of their dreams just like that. We hear it over and over again.
